Gossip surrounding Amanda Jenssen’s private life is NOT something we participate in. The only rumours and speculations you will read here are strictly concerning her music and professional life in general.
Feel like contributing?
▪ Concert reports. Unfortunately, not even a hardcore fan can manage to be at all of Amanda’s concerts. That’s why we would like to publish concert reports from as many gigs as possible. Anyone who can type decent English, has good knowledge about Amanda’s music and feels compelled to write a concert report is welcome to contribute.
▪ Photos. Our goal is to have a photo from each concert in the Gigography section. There are a number of concerts missing pictures. We would also like to add more photos to our Flickr stream. Therefore we would be truly greatful if you would be willing to send an e-mail with your photo/s attached.

Amandaism will be taking a time out.
Göteborg yesterday, Stockholm tomorrow
Amanda was performing at Göteborg’s Kulturkalaset the other day and she got three out of five from GP. Next stop for Amanda will be in Stockholm. Her hometown and stage. I bet it’ll be great.

Amanda is singing in Oslo tonight
Tonight at 10 P.M Amanda will be performing at Oyafestivalen in Norway, Oslo. The place she is singing at is called Sukkerbiten which is a new island in Oslo.

Two more concerts last week
Amanda performed at two new places last week: Arvika and Vänersborg. We found some good concert reviews at VF and at ttela.se. On thursday we’ll see her in Göteborg at Kulturkalaset. Stay tuned.
Gangster cabaret and jazz
Poplight wrote some nice words about Amanda Jenssen and her band’s summer tour.
Amanda has been singing at two more festivals during the last week. In Karlskoga at the Putte i parken festival and at Halmstad Marinfestival. Inkzine.se and Hallandsposten have written one review each.

According to Amanda Jenssen’s concert promoter her tour is going really well. You can read about it in Expressen.

A reminder
Don’t forget to tune in on SVT1 9 PM (CEST) today to see Amanda perform during the Swedish crown princess’ birthday.
If you can’t see the program tonight you’ll be able to watch it again July 15 at SVT1 or July 17 at SVT24. It will also be available in SVTPlay’s storage for 30 days.
Lots and lots of news and reviews
Last week we could hear Amanda Jenssen talk live in the radio program ”Sommar i P1″. She was talking about how she found music, about her disease and about her dreams that haven’t yet been fullfilled.
You could also read about Amanda in the Swedish magazine Expressen twice the past week. She was talking about her love life as well as her lung disease.
As you know Amanda is touring during Summer and she is really good according to all the magazines that are reviewing her.
