Amanda’s official website has been updated from amanda-jenssen.se to amandajenssenmusic.com. You can now read it in Swedish, English and in German.
Amandaism.org will remain blogging on the page – now in English.
Amanda takes part in Artistmagasinet
The Ark releases their new album as an attachment to Artistmagasinet, a Swedish music magazine the band created as a new way of marketing their new CD. In the magazine’s first and probably only number, Amanda Jenssen amongst other artists tells her opinions on the band.
Artistmagasinet is available in Sweden at 7Eleven and Pressbyrån.
New interview with Amanda at ta.no
Norwegian ta.no has published an interview with Amanda Jenssen which took place in a 50′s diner in Oslo. We get to know about Amandas view on the old music, thoughts around the creative process and the excitement of being released international.
Video clip from Radio Zürisee
Amanda Jenssen is singing a bit of Happyland in front of Radio Zürisee reinforced by Pär Wiksten and Edith Backlund. But the recording is cut off drastically because of Pär, who utters a creative curse word after playing the wrong note.
Press release and Zürich gig
Today Sony Music’s press release told us that Happyland International Version will launch in the countries around the Alps and in the remaining Scandinavian countries during the first week in May. Later in the year Amanda Jenssen’s music will go even further away – over the Black Sea to Turkey.
There will be happenings on the continent already in a couple of days though. On Wednesday, April 28, Jenssen will perform on Long Street Bar in Zürich, Switzerland.

Amanda and M.A.C in two places at the same time
T-Mobile – who are sponsoring Amanda Jenssen’s showcase tour – have made a presentation page on their music site. ”Morbus Amandophilus Chronicum” and ”Amandaism” are used as reinforcing expressions to communicate Amanda’s geniousity and popularity to the Alp neighboring countries.
Even the Austrian radio station Antenne Kärnten writes about Amanda on their website. In their texts we can again see M.A.C and Amandaism – although slightly in a miscomprehending manner.

A German official website has been created due to the launching of Amanda Jenssen in the country that gave us bratwurst, oktoberfest and lederhosen.
